Do I own the website?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the code is yours. There’s no lock-in contract: if you ever want to move the site to another host or developer, we hand everything over.

Are domain and hosting included?

Yes, a standard domain (like yourbusiness.ca or .com) and hosting are included for the first year in every package, with SSL. Premium domains are quoted separately.

Do you use templates?

No. Every site is designed from scratch around your business, your photos and your customers. No recycled themes, no page builders slowing it down.

Can I update the site myself?

On Essential and Plus, small content changes (hours, phone, a few photos, a paragraph) are included with maintenance: send them to us and we update them. If you want to edit services, prices or projects yourself, Pro includes an admin panel.

Will it appear on Google?

We set up the basics properly: page titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, Google Search Console and good speed. Nobody can honestly guarantee the top spot, but a fast, well-built site starts ahead. A complete Google Business Profile helps a lot for local searches.

What happens after the first year?

Hosting and maintenance is $149 CAD/year for standard sites and from $299 CAD/year for dynamic or CMS-based Pro sites, with small content changes included. Domain renewal is billed separately. No mandatory monthly contract: it’s one yearly payment, and you can take the site elsewhere at any time.

Can I pay by Interac or card?

Yes. You can pay by credit/debit card or Interac e-Transfer. Payment is confirmed together with the scope, before we start building.

What’s the difference between Essential, Plus and Pro?

The design quality is the same in all three. What changes is what the site does. Essential is one focused page: services, work, reviews, service area, call and quote. Plus adds pages (typically up to ~5): service details, projects, team, FAQ and a detailed quote form. Pro adds tools that work for you: estimates, bookings, catalogues, payments, an admin panel and integrations.

When will I see the first version?

Normally 1–2 business days after we receive your content (logo, photos, services). We draft light copy from your brief, then revise with you until you approve, within the agreed scope.
